THE YTA WAY

What are Yoga Adventures?

Our retreats are built for people who want to experience a place, not simply retreat from it. Yoga grounds the journey, but the destination shapes it.

CRAFTED WITH INTENTION

Immersed In Culture

We might begin the morning moving together, then head out to hike a coastline, wander a village, cook with locals, learn a traditional dance, sit around a long table, or find ourselves somewhere that makes the whole group go quiet for a moment.

There is time to explore and time to exhale. Time together and room to wander. Yoga is always part of the experience, but the real retreat happens in everything around it.

Come for the destination. Leave with a bigger world.

GROUNDED IN WELLNESS

Yoga, But Not Only Yoga

You don’t need to be an experienced yogi. You don’t even need yoga to be the reason you came.

Our small-group retreats blend movement, culture, adventure, food, connection and enough unplanned space to actually enjoy where you are. Classes are always optional, and every journey is designed around the destination itself.

From shepherd traditions and handmade pasta in Sardinia, to Mediterranean coastlines in Malta, temples and markets in Bali, mountain landscapes in New Zealand, or wildlife encounters in the Galápagos, no two retreats should feel the same.

WHERE WE'VE BEEN. WHERE WE ARE GOING

Good Afternoon. Good Evening.

2:00 PM — Relax or Explore

When the morning is yours, the afternoon may take us out exploring. When the morning is filled with adventure, the afternoon is yours to visit the spa, wander, rest, or simply enjoy some time to yourself.

5:30 PM — Evening Practice

Gentle movement, yin, meditation, breathwork, or a sunset pause absorb and digest the day

7:00 PM — Dinner

Beautiful food, long tables, stories, laughter, and the kind of conversations that happen when nobody is rushing off.

9:00 PM — Whatever the Night Becomes

A glass of wine with new friends. A moonlit walk. A soak in the tub. Sitting outside listening to the night. Slipping into bed early because tomorrow has another story waiting.

And a favorite: Stargazing

THE RHYTHM OF THE JOURNEY

A Day in the Life of a Traveler.

7:30 AM — Morning Movement.

Wake somewhere beautiful and begin with yoga, mindful movement, or a quiet moment to breathe before breakfast and coffee.

Good Morning.

9:00 AM — Breakfast

Fresh local flavors, slow conversation, and time to settle into the day.

10:30 AM — Adventure + Culture

Head out into the world. Hike a coastline, wander a village, explore a market, cook with locals, learn a traditional dance, visit a sacred site, bike, sail, taste, ask questions, and experience the destination beyond the postcard.

1:30 PM — Lunch + Slow Down

Share lunch, then linger. Pool, spa, massage, journaling, wandering, napping, or simply nowhere to be for a while.

REST WELL

…and Good Night.

Where you rest matters, too.

After a full day of movement, culture, adventure and connection, where you come home to matters. We choose places that feel beautiful, comfortable and connected to where we are. Boutique hotels, wellness resorts, thoughtful design, incredible views, and always, plenty of room to exhale
